Congregate living health facilities serving persons who are terminally ill, persons who are catastrophically and severely disabled, persons who are mentally alert but physically disabled, or any combination of these persons in a residential home.

Do you have 24-hour nurses?

Yes. United Care Center provides 24-hour skilled nurses awake and on duty at all times.

Who pays for your services?

United Care Center is accepted with a wide range of health plans from Workers Compensation, HMO’s, Medi-Cal (Medicaid) Waiver Program also known as Home & Community-Based Alternative waiver.
