About United Care Center

At United Care Center, we understand the challenges involved with finding a facility that would best suit your needs and the level of care you or a loved one may require. Our residential homes are equipped to support and care for our residents who are differently abled. As an alternative to institutionalized settings (hospitals, nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities), a congregate living health facilities (CLHF) is a residential home equipped to serve the differently abled.

At United Care Center, our care is not as intensive as an acute care hospital but more intensive than care provided in a nursing home. We offer skilled nurses and certified nursing assistants 24 hours a day/7 days a week along with registered nurses, respiratory therapists, physical/occupational/speech therapy, physicians (Internal medicine, pulmonologists & infectious disease).
